Privacy Policy

Draft — this policy will be finalized with counsel before the paid launch. It reflects how the product actually works today.

The short version

• Your media never leaves your machine. CutCrew edits your Premiere project locally.
• For transcription, compressed audio is uploaded to EU-based storage and processed by our speech-to-text provider, then removed from transit storage within 48 hours.
• Text prompts for AI features are processed by EU-based model providers. We do not use your content to train models.
• Error reports and usage analytics are separate settings. Error reports never include your media, transcripts or file paths — paths are reduced to file names, long texts to hashes.
• You can opt out of analytics at any time in the panel settings.
